Follow instructions.txt, the fd file is inside this file as well
Format the USB, only need the file I told, the ZRQ.fd, don't need to be bootable usb
Proceed with recovery flash instructions from the link I put in the txt
Upon success don't go messing on video settings if you are not
[censored] sure of what you're doing as it can brick ur notebook, don't try to disable IGD if ur notebook is Muxless for example
I formated usb drive i copied that downl. file pressed and holded down fn and esc then pressed power then the blue light with bulb icon started flashing and nothing happened for about 10 minutes..
Do I have to rename file to ICL50HW.fd ?
NO brohter, NO, you are getting me WRONG!
PUT THE FD FILE THAT IS IN ZIP I SENT YOU ZRQ.fd into the pen stick, no need to rename it!
And then follow with the rest of the procedure...
And it HAS TO BE the file I send to you, the 4MB one.

maan I DID turn laptop off ! screen is black and led is slowly flashing
Well, if you did it well, put the file with the right name into pen stick, entered recoveyr mode but no flash into the EEPROM, this mod can't be done.
Only if you flash it directly to the EEPROM using a external EEPROM programmer, if you are interested on how, I can explain but this would need some hardware knowledge
