Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hi, I have a laptop and here are the specs.
(From CPUZ)

Model: Gateway Ne56r
Mobo: EG50_HC_HR (Type2-Board Version)
Chipset: Intel Sandy Bridge Rev.09
BIOS: Insyde Corp. v2.21

I would like to have the advanced tab unlocked. 
I just want to be able to overclock (and don't tell me not to), fan control, and MOST IMPORTANTLY be able to
allocate system RAM to VRAM for Intel HD Graphics 3000. Also, for some reason the option to toggle the "fn"
key is no longer there. I want to be able to press the f1-12 keys without holding fn and reverse it so that the 
special keys (sound and lighting and stuff) are used by pressing fn.

that software is just safe, don't worry.
Disable antivirus during time until tool finish testing your bios chip

Which one do I use? The Sceond Acer Mod or Lenovo BIOS?

Hi, i'm a new user but this community has helped me out multiple times before to allow me to use my computers to their max.  Unfortunatly the links for the modded bios are dead(I'm not sure what will happen if i flash the acer version and even then it's an old test version by [b]felipejfc[/b] which apparently doesn't work LINK) so can someone who has it link it here? i'm open to modifying it myself if someone is willing to tell me how to.

with 8gb of ram and a pentium 2030
I would like to unlock the advanced tab to alocate more ram to the intel hd graphics and maybe if possible, unlock the hm70 so i can upgrade to an i processor without the 30min shutdown
