It did not go through, a red message box poped up and says cannot flash outdated BIOS.
And when I use the original BIOS installer, it says BIOS image file is same as BIOS ROM and no update required.
Is there a way I can extract my current BIOS for you to mod it?
Here some data displayed in the BIOS home screen, hope it helps!
BIOS Version: 1.28 6WET30WW
BIOS date: 2010-10-22
Embedded Controller Version: 1.15
Machine Type Model: 33507A11

Look README to update. Please post results.
Not working as well "Can't allow flash, BIOS version is older. BIOS is not flashable. Error code: -144"
I ran the WinPhlash in both normal and Administrator privilege.
I have checked that the BIOS is not write protected.
I have uploaded the backup file which the WinPhlash asked me to create. Hope it helps.
