I have same laptop (B580 20144 with LENOVO H5ET73WW(1.16) UEFI bios.
Can You remove whitelist for me too? I need to remove it because I want to install hackintosh and OSX dont support Intel wifi 
Only to inform you (if its necessary info) - I made a processor swap - I changed Pentium B970 to i5-3360m. 
Do I have to reprogram bios in programmator or just run exe file on windows and rest will be made automatically after reset?
