Hi, someone can you add the latest drivers/roms(Intel Matrix RAID, JMicron JMB363, Realtek PXE... and etc), if possible give me latest stable version on all.

The NCPUCODE that your bios contained was stripped of many older LGA775 CPUs. I updated the bios for a GA-EP45-DS5 bios 13d with the following changes:
ICH10R southbridge - v12902006 with the TRIM mod
RTL8111C ethernet - rtegrom260.lom
SATA2 chip - jmb1.07.24
ICHAACHI 1.2 original from a EP45-USB3P
Updated NCPUCODE
I've used the above in my MBs and they are stable.

I'll take a look at it tonight. Check your Xeon CPU's adapter under a microscope. I had problems with booting up. trimming some excess plastic to expose more of the LGA pads solved the problem.
