Hello guys really old one here (my granny's laptop).
Performed a cheap upgrade for her (CPU, RAM) and also bought new WiFi miniPCI card (to support Wifi N).
But this one is not visible in BIOS (20 pin tape mod didn't help unfortunately).

So here is my request:

-Manufacturer: Fujitsu-Siemens
-Motherboard Model: FUJITSU SIEMENS AMILO Pro Edition V3505
-Bios revision: R01-B0G
-Bios Type: Phoenix
-Bios Download Link: http://rghost.net/56671562 (all different versions of BIOS R01-B0G found on Fujitsu-Siemens support site)
-Current original card: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_4222&SUBSYS_10018086&REV_02\4&209 75680&0&00E1 (Intel 3945ABG)
-Card to be added: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_4236&SUBSYS_10118086&REV_00\4&209 75680&0&00E1 (Intel Wifi 5300 BGN)

Thank you so much in advance!
Dear gurus,
Please kindly take a look at my request.
If it's not possible than I'll have to buy USB wifi with N support.
Thank you so much in advance!
Sorry for bumping thread. But could you please take a look.
Thank you!

Hi !
I have the same laptop. It doesn't seem that it has a whitelist in BIOS. I've installed many Wi-Fi cards in it, including 802.11n, and all of them worked very well. The issue is not about a whitelist, you just need to isolate pin-20 on the card's PCI-E connector side, e.g. with a thin piece of adhesive tape.
Good luck ! ;-)
