Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hey friends

my bios mod is finished but im not able to flash it cuz i have to create a .cap file for the efi shell

How can i do that?

And my second problem.. the bios checksum of my file is invalid.. how can i correct that?
