Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hi, I tried to update the bios on my sony vaio svt1311m1es through windows, and it got BSOD, now I'm stuck with a dust catcher. So I was wondering if someone could link me a bios that I can install, that would be great.
