It appears that you already have the latest version of your BIOS (v3.10).
Here is a link to the page. There is only a BIOS update listed for Windows XP.

I know that but I am using Windows 7 software on a Windows XP computer because Windows XP is obsolete. I had to upgrade from XP to 7.
Either way, you still have the latest BIOS version (v3.10).
