Bios Mods - The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

My HP Pavilion dv7-1464nr's current BIOS is F.49.

It has an Atheros AR5BXB92 card installed, but I'd like to upgrade to the Intel 7260HMW. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you need more information.
