I have a z710 that i need the bios likely to be whitelisted trying to get a dualband wifi card installed ran the bios tools here are the results: https://www.sendspace.com/file/bepuow

I have the same issue with a new WIFI card (Intel Wireless-AC 7260HWM) which I wanted to install to my Lenovo Z710 --> Right at the beginning of the startup, the system refuses to start due to a not supported wifi card.

My current BIOS version is 7FCN96WW (12.05.2014). Motherboard: Durian 7A1. I also think, that this is the newest officially released BIOS version from Lenovo.

Can you please tell me, how to update my BIOS with a removal of the whitelist?

My problem here is the same as most:
I have a Lenovo Z710 and I have to replace the wifi card.
Firmware ver: LENOVO 20250/Durian 7A1, BIOS 7FCN96WW 05/12/2014
Could you please make a mod without the whitelist (and of course with any advanced menu if there are any :-) ?

Hello Dudu 2002.
My request is nothing new. I need to remove the whitelist from the Lenovo z710 bios. Is a bios from the support of Lenovo enough or do you need a dump from my bios. I also have another problem. My model from the nameplate is 20250, while after entering the serial number in support, Lenovo shows the 80AK model. Does it change anything?
