now i remove the chip and read for programmer and show all is blank is empty bios
i need for dump bios working

these laptops have all same MainBoard so are all equal and differences are on customization (Video Cards - CPU - etc.) :
Acer Aspire E1-532 - 570 - 572
Acer TravelMate P255-M
Acer Gateway NE570 - 572
Packard Bell EN TE69CX - TE69HW
I have one for E1-572 v.2.13 Unlocked size 4096 KB (but normal is 8192 KB) :

Could You explain what is gone ?
Which Eeprom is present in your Board ?
Many times there are two Eeproms one for Bios and 2nd for EC.
I have to know more informations to help You !!!
Have tried only 4096 KB file or 8192 KB too ?

yes i am testing 2 file 4m and 8m and not working
the board is main bios no ec
ec include ene
the problem when run it is blue for 1sec and again off
reconnect again and blue again 1sec and off
the file working but i can't download it need paid for download

It's a Bios Dump done from Eeprom using a SPI PGM so perfect !
Normaly usng FPT tool to backup Bios We cannot get EC code, so It's missing into my Backup !
Try this one too and then ou have only pay to get that one.
