Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

How to add AHCI mod in this bios? Could you give me a modified rom please?
The problem is that when you are in BIOS there is only "IDE" option available for "RAID Mode"."AHCI Devices Group" options are not visible as well.
