I suggest laptop's bios not contained RAM Timings option and same overclocking options.
If you want to change timings you need to reflash SPD data in RAM modules.At worst you get unconditional modules or laptop will be not initialized.The system board may be not supporting requested timings values.If you want to continue find the software with editing timings and reflash it at own risk!
P.S.Find cracked Thaiphoon Burner, it can solve your request with ram timings.If your modification will be failed prepare to get/buy new module.

I want to install an intel wificard that is locked in bios.
//funny thing with the intel card installed and wifi dissabled from bios, the USB from the card works and with this the bluetooth from the card//

Ok friends,
I said that for Insyde under Dos there is only chance Recovery Proceure, so here is Bios Mod Recovery file :

Recovery Procedure :
- Prepare an USB Dos Fat32 Formatting and copy into Recovery Bios File
- Shutdown the netbook (notebook)
- Remove all peripheral devices
- Remove battery, Remove AC power cord
- Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds (battery and AC power still out),
- then release
- Put the USB Memory Stick in the USB port
- Hold "Fn" + "Esc" and plug the AC power cord in
- Now press the power button (whilst still holding Fn + Esc).
- Wait until the fan will run, then release "Fn" + "Esc" keys
- The fan will run for about 2-10 minutes and the USB drive activity LED will blink
- I think the netbook rebooted automatically. If it doesn't, unplug the AC power
- cord once the fan has turned off
The bios should be updated with the modified BIOS, and boot as per normal.
I cannot do more than this, only an HW SPI PGM can reflash this Bios :
