What kind of CPU for socket 771 you have? Tell S-spec of it.
Did you try boot your computer with this CPU? What was a result?
Install your native CPU, flash the latest BIOS (1.35) and post a screenshot of third (Mainboard) tab of CPU-Z.

Hi, i need help too. I have same HP dc7800 sff and s771 X3363. Can you help me, please?

Yes. PC startup mem check, asking press F1 for save configuration, after reboot i see only black screen and full-speed CPU fan working.  At another PC with moded BIOS (Q45 chipset) this CPU (X3363) working fine.

Can you don't press F1 to save configuration and boot from USB stick with DOS?
Or press F10 enter to BIOS and "Save and Exit"?
Did you clear CMOS before installing X3363?
