Did you clear CMOS before installing X3363?

Yes. I clear CMOS by button on M/B.

There is no any options, only F1. BIOS and boot menu not available until mem check not finished. I tried inject microcodes in EEPROM with CH341A, but it give no effect, same symptoms. Maybe i did something wrong.
OK. Download this file and extract all files into bootable USB stick with DOS.
Install old CPU, boot from USB stick with DOS and run FlashBin.exe.
Reboot and make BIOS backup by Universal BIOS Backup ToolKit 2.0. I need to see it.

Boot from USB stick with DOS and run FlashBin.exe.
Reboot and make BIOS backup again.

Can you read BIOS by CH341A and write with mod?
The mod I'll make.
Please do with old CPU:
1. Download and flash BIOS 1.28
2. Flash my previous patch:
