Did this error occur when you use flashbin with native 1.35 BIOS?

Do you ever successfully run HP dc7800 SFF with Xeon CPU on or some one else branded PC with Q35 chipset?
E.g. Dell Optiplex 755 (with Y225C motherboard) can run Xeon 3x00 series. It's based on Q35 chipset.

Can you make BIOS mod for dc7800 with Insydeflash, maybe it will work?
I can't do it...
Can you downgrade BIOS version by using Boot Block Emergency Recovery Mode?
