I am sorry your Bios is Signed and InsydeFlash don't permit to bypass, AMD CPU
cannot permit to use Intel FPT and FlashIt for Dos env. don't works on Signed Bios !
So only an HW SPIPGM can rw-write your Bios Mod into Eeprom !

There are two ways or You upload the FULL DUMP Firmware read from your Eeprom Chip
or upload a Bios Backup and I will reply with Bios Mod then You have to insert into
FULL DUMP file !
Remember You have to read and Backup the Eeprom Chip contains as You risk to destoy
the Firmware Whole of your Eeprom !
