Hello.
I have a Lenovo U260 laptop. According to CPU specs on Intel website my laptop should be able to use up to 8GB DDR3-1333, but according to specs on Lenovo website U260 laptop is able only to use up to 4GB DDR-1066.
I've purchased a 8GB DDR3-1333 RAM module. The BIOS shows all 8 GB of RAM usable, but the OS fails to start (I've tried Win 8.1 and Linux Fedora 20 - both fail to start).
Could it be an issue with Insyde H2O BIOS?

Hi friend,
over 3GB limit only 64 Bits System can use all memory !
So if You used 64 Bits S.O. your Bios has an issue and I don't know if is
possible to patch as there are too many modules involved into and It needs
a deep modify !
Regards
Yes. 64 bit system.
Could you try to create the patch for bios? And how long it takes?
