1. Create a bootable USB flashdrive :  http://www.multiload.cz/stahnout/409644/...hky-6-rar/
2. On what it copies all the masses in the downloaded RAR - new bios, etc.
3. Restart the PC, set the boot from usb, when you're in DOS
4. Starts  AFLASH2 / all [then ENTER]
5. Starts to flash program, select 2, then enter the name which you wish to flash the bios [then ENTER]
if it would not work in Dos then use EZFLASH !
