No, I don't need to select AHCI in BIOS... I need power off my integrated video (Intel HD2000), because it not supported by OS X. My notebook have one more graphics card, but I cant activate it without power off integrated video...

F.05 in windows firmwared ok, but then it reboots, after second it reboots one more time, but it usually get me to this screen: black fone, blue... thing( xD ) and Flashing BIOS block... but now nothing...
