Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hy,

in former Bios Releases the X220 (with i5 and i7) was able to use the full Speed of 1866 DDR3 Memory. In newer Releases it seems to be capped :-(
Would this be possible to re add this ability? It's a great Performance increase especially for the onboard graphics.
also whitelist removal for wwan Card would be great for the actual bios!

It's a Serg008 Mod and there are some features unlocked and added (Slic 2.1 + Whitelist removed and Others)
I don't know precisely all !

would be quite nice if the Memory Timing/Speed lock is disabled.

I asked to him and said It's only SLIc + NWL mod !

I just flashed this modified bios on my i5-2520m x220@bios1.28. It looks like the memory (2x8gb) is now working on 1333, for bios1.28 it was 1600mhz.

But I am waiting to replace the wifi card with 7260ac so I guess I have to put up with the slower memory.

same on my x220 since going higher than 1.28 no more 1866 Support :-(
would be so great to unlock this Feature again :-)
