I believe I may have created this request with the wrong understanding of the SLIC mod's being performed here.
I had intended for my BIOS to be modded for SLI Certification... Is this still possible if I provide the SLIC String to be inserted into my DSDT Table? Is this the same thing and I'm going crazy?

SLIC and SLI are completely different!
However ,as you refer to the DSDT table then i presume your talking about SLI.
Please post a link to download the latest bios for your motherboard (one supplied not working!) and we can mod for SLI

I've been working on getting the SLI Mod to take properly on my system for a few weeks now and I've been having mixed success... If you could get me going here, I'd be impressed to say the least
I actually found an AWARD SLIC Tool linked on another Bios Modding site which I used to add the SLI string into a copy of the bios I just linked. I have confirmed the string is present through Everest and other utilities.

I believe the problem is that my chipset is not reporting as an X58 to match the SLI Certificate. I'm currently running a HALMod and hacked drivers to run SLI, but the driver support stops @ 191.07 which really isn't giving me the performance increase I would like. I'm currently getting by on beta 186.77 drivers but SLI support is shoddy and I'm getting some interesting video anomalies when playing certain games.
Sidenote: Board only supports ACPI 1.0b, the creator of one of the more successful software hacks has stated ACPI 2.0 is necessary.
If you would like a copy of the bios I created, I'll be happy to provide it.

I hadn't thought til now to attempt using the string from this board... I'm going to give that a shot here and will report back!
Ok so I added the UD4P SLI Cert and now I can enable SLI without a HALMod or Hacked drivers up to driver version 191.07... which is pretty much where I was before, but at least it seems that I've freed myself of the modded drivers/HAL. The purpose of the mod'd drivers was to hardcode an X58 chipset which is SLI enabled.
According to other successful SLI hacks, they are able to maintain the hack up through the current drivers nvidia has available.
The tool which you are referring to was basically what i was going to use
