Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Please, help me to remove the whitelist of my Lenovo x130e (BIOS: 8RET54WW) v1.17
Inside is WWAN card ERICSSON F3507g EC:L54076, FRU PN:43Y6477

I want to install WWAN CARD IC:2723A-UNDP1 (GOBI1000)
Card FCC ID: J9CUNDP-1H.

-Manufacturer: Lenovo
-Model: ThinkPad x103e AMD-300 EPU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.30 GHz
-Machine Type Model: 0627A76
-Current Bios version: 8RET54WW (1.17)

I remove whitelist but GOBI1000 cant start on my Lenovo, because GOBI1000 is for HP laptops.

Please assist me with removal of the whitelist of my Lenovo x130e (BIOS: 8RET54WW) v1.17

I need to install two Mini PCI-e devices.
A wifi card: Intel 7260HMW 802.11AC WiFi Dual Band 2.4/5GHz
A mSATA Card: Samsung EVO 850 mSATA SSD.

Laptop:
-Manufacturer: Lenovo
-Model: ThinkPad x103e AMD E-450 1.65Ghz
-Machine Type Model: 062223U
-Embedded Controller Version: 8RHT23WW (1.11)
-Current Bios version: 8RET54WW (1.17) . The latest BIOS (1.19) is here


Ive been trying to get a backup of the BIOS for days before making this post.
PHLASH's command switches all result in an error of it not finding the bios file (BIOS.WPH) to flash with, even though I'm just trying to dump the ROM.
I would give it the BIOS.WPH file, but I can only get an exe bios flasher from Lenovo.
