Hey well if theres an LZMA header can't you read how long it is, cut it into a new BIN< then us LHA to decompress it?

No. The compressed file size will be in the firmware volume. The LZMA header will only show uncompressed size. If you want to cut to the LZMA header then you can use 7zip to extract without trimming the end off.

if you guys can give me an idea how to read this stuff..i can help. i know you can see the options, but i have not yet been able to do that. if i can start there...maybe i can get some new ideas on the matter....
Well if you use a string reader program you can pull all of the extracted ROMs settings sorta but as for getting it open in AMIBCP, not yet.

Anyone tried AMIBCP 7.6?

2: where can i find this amibcp 7.6?

edit:
amibcp 7.6 didn't work. i said.."unable to find bios header information"
This will let you read all of the strings from the extracted bins. Im working on seeing if I can identify where the AMIBCP stops parsing the ROM.
