You can try this BIOS if you like (at your own risk) which contains all of the microcode from the Asus P6T WS Professional motherboard (See here for full CPU support list:
http://www.asus.com/au/Motherboards/P6T_...pDesk_CPU/)
Some of the Xeons (depending on the exact model) also require the 06C1 microcode as well as the 06C2 microcode. The mod posted above contains the 06C2 microcode but not the 06C1 microcode which may be required for the CPU that you're using.
Give this one a try and let me know how you go! If it works , also post back with which CPU you ended up using
