Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

I'm a huge noob when it comes to motherboards and bios in general, so please don't flame me too hard. I have a lenovo Ideacentre k300 5316 and My main question is if there is anyway to install a modified bios that would allow the ability to overclock the CPU. It currently has an intel e5800 3.2 ghz dual core but I want to install a q6600 quad core and overclock it
