Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hello everyone , I am new in the group and I need to mod the bios to P5KPL AM SE is therefore bought a Intel Xeon x5460 and show messages in the bios saying that the processor is not using all his power .
I am Brazilian and I do not speak English , sorry for mistakes haha.

Hello everyone, I recently bought a used Xeon X5460 processor, here I have a motherboard asus P5KPL-AM SE, when I connect the Xeon X5460 processor to the motherboard, I turn on the computer it stays for 3 seconds and it turns off, sometimes it almost goes into the Setup soonest turn off, I'm with Asus Altima rom, I need a Rom MOD 771 To use on P5KPL-AM board IF anyone can help min?
