Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hey guys,

as you can see, this is my first Post here.

I´m looking for an oppurtunity to oc my i7 920 in my XPS 435MT
But as you know the Dell Bios is fully locked and i can´t change anything.

I´m not new to overclocking itself, but without any options in my BIOS i can´t oc.
Is there any Chance of OC the CPU on this Mainboard beside this "SetFSB" software solution ?

The only file that i can find that should be the bios is *.exe , can u please help me anyway, i just packed it into a *.zip file so i can attach it here.

I think i just got the .rom file.

I extracted it with "universal bios backup tool kit"

maybe this might help.

edit:
after hours of reading and searching this forum, i tried to open this .rom file in all kind of programms that i could find in your download section,
but it won´t open

maybe one of you guys can have a quick look on how to open and probabably unlock some usefull CPU and RAM features.

like "4VWF2 Alienware X58" or spend the extra 50bucks for an ASUS and some nice RAM and get this CPU workin properly

CR3 i use bios " DellInc.-1.1.4.rom " and load you in winbond 25Q16... weld it on motherboard and computor start
