Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

So my last forum was in the wrong section, since I'm lost in the forums. Now this is my last one topic I'm gonna put.

Please help me if Insyde F.23 BIOS in 12/14/2012 can be unlocked? Here are my

Specs:

BIOS: Insyde F.23 (need to put date? lol: 12/14/2012)
SMBIOS version: 2.7
BIOS Mode: UEFI

Windows 8.1
Intel i7 3630QM
Nvidia Geforce 630m
Intel HD Graphics 4000
8 GB Ram

Where is Bios's link from HP site?
Your Bios is RSA signed may be.
Mod can be flashed with HW SPI Programmer only.

Just head to the BIOS section and click download.

and is it possible to remove the RSA signed without the programmer?

And who is a HW SPI Programmer?

and what about those flash modded bios?

I'm new and I want to know what's ALL about these stuffs
