Do you have a phoenix or award bios? I was hoping it was an AMI bios. but none of my AMI tools can open the rom.

Do you have a phoenix or award bios? I was hoping it was an AMI bios. but none of my AMI tools can open the rom.
Currently I use old F7 BIOS link as below. think this is award BIOS..

thanks a lot but I saw the cert file show Dell is it working in HP ODM Windows7 OS??

Yes it does not matter who made the board any cert will do as long as it matches the bin that was imported into bios rom. OEM's re-brand boards all the time. just install windows, then copy the cert file to "c:\". then run this bat file I have attached!
also make sure you edit the bat file to your key, just highlight the x's and paste in your key!
