Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

I have a strange request: is possible can change the key entry in the bios?? Instead DEL of using F1/F2 etc??

-Manufacturer: ASUS
-Motherboard Model: P5W DH
-Bios revision: 3001
-Bios Type: AMI

As far as im aware , this isnt easily done. Its probably not impossible but it would involve disassembly of the entire bios - something which i lack the skills to do
