So my manufacturer releases new bios, changelog only says "Enhanced BIOS security."
How do I extract EFI Strings/Settings from FL1 file?
Phcomp seems to corrupt the file, using UEFITool right away doesn't contain strings. UEFI IFR Tool says Unknown.
EDIT : posted to the wrong thread .-., was meaning to post to my e130 thread. sorry rootuser123.
Hi friend,
FL1 is Bios Region chunk !
You can extract the Bios Pure removing all furthers parts !
Here You go :
http://rghost.net/6j7Tmvw5w
Then Use PMT 2.63 and extract all Modules into DUMP folder and at last You can
find the Module (LenovoBootMenuDxe.efi, HIIDatabase or PlatformSetupAdvancedDxe.efi)
containig EFI IFR Code into to extract all !

Guys, there a way to unlock advanced menu in AMD version of x130e/121e?
Hi there,
I'd be glad if you can delete whitelisting of batteries for my Lenovo IdeaPad X131e.
Bios download:
https://download.lenovo.com/pccbbs/mobiles/g8uj32us.exe
Model: ThinkPad X131e (S/N: PBYX7GY), (P/N: 33681P1)
Current bios: G8ETB2WW 2.99
I have also made a "result.rar" file using testback.exe, it's available in this post ( [
attachment=15803] ) or on the
DropBox.
Thank you for help
Regards, Toby.
