Hardware : Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H
BIOS Version: F6

I tried to add Dell SLIC 2.1 to the BIOS by Phoenix tool 2.5.4 , Still able to turn on.
but the rom ACPI shown two SLIC table and windows 7 fail to activate too.
