Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

hello everybody, this my first post here

i'm trying to modify the bios of my asus f750la

i just need to modify the fan speed cause is too loud and temps are quite low

(but if i can activate the sata options i will appreciate )

i open the 211 bios with amibcp4.53 and correctly mod and save it

but when i try to flash if i got errors:

- afuwingui say "rom file size does not match the existing bios size"
- asus bios flash say "bios file not valid"
- the bios flash utility within the bios the same things...

i downgraded to 210 for be sure to flash the modded 211 without date error but no way, there is something else

now: how i can flash the modded bios? there is any chance to brick the motherboard?

It's certanly not so easy for BIOSes with another menu setup, but the whole idea is the same.
I could also recommend trying AMIBCP to modify menu entries vilibility from "Default" to "USER",
if your menu setup is more complex then a setup above.

I have to flash my image on the administrator commandline using afuwinx64 bios_mod.rom /GAN . . .
Otherwise it gives me a security error (Thanks again CodeRush)

Opnionally You can use Intel FPT to make the Bios Reflash back !

now i can flash the modded bios but i don't know how to see the advanced options



for example in the picture the 14A0 disapper from the bios, but 08AF don't appear but i have activated a lot of things within...

no way... is like there is a hidden option to activate somewhere but i don't know where. i reflash something like 100 times

with uefitool i can find 2 menus:

- setup that have the advanced options
- asussetup that is the basic bios i see normally....

now how i can activate the advanced menu?

or, can i directly modify the fan speed somewhere?
