It seems only a Driver issue as Bios doesn't lock the Boot phase !
You can try the Pin #20 and Pin #51 tricks :

We can try to check about a whitelist if You post here the PCI /VEN of original WiFi Card !
Further We can try to unlock hidden Menu Tabs to get more settings to modify !

I worked Pin #20 and Pin #51 But it did not work


I do not have currently PCI / VEN of original WiFi

But this was Dell Wireless 1704 WiFi + Bluetooth Driver
