I have studied the knowhow articles and browsed forums, googled and found aplicable and disposable BIOS - MSI Z97 PC MATE_4.7-7850v47_Dell22_.rar

I can confirm that it works well... So no need to prepare Z97 PC Mate V4.9 version...
