I'm getting a 'boot block cannot support to downgrade' error. Any advice?

Report.

Flashed and rebooted with black screen and 2 blink caps lock error (bios corrupt). Just recovered back to F44. Where to go from here? :/
sadly, RSA check... if you got no older version to downgrade then it is impossible to mod :/

[censored]... well thanks very much anyway

Hi Donovan,

Is it that also true for earlier versions of the BIOS for the same machine like the below link? I really want to remove the whitelist in mine to change network cards..

thanks very much in advance,

sp55442.exe [1/1, 7.04M] Version F.43

The way to check if an HP bios is moddable or not was only discovered a week ago, so it hasn't been tested enough to see if it's always valid.

Based on this check, it doesn't look like the sp55442 bios are moddable. Sorry Undecided
