Does opening the lap helps? . What steps can I do ?
Hello samnaction,

I recommend manually resetting your BIOS settings to factory default.

To do this, you will need to remove all power sources from the computer (power adapter, laptop battery, other externally powered devices), as well as the CMOS battery. Keep these items removed from the computer for at least 15 minutes. At some point during these 15 minutes, press and hold down the power button for 15 seconds to help dissipate any remaining power. To access the CMOS battery, you will likely need to disassemble your computer.

If you need further help with this process, please do not hesitate to ask!
