Here I have an old, circa 2003 motherboard from Intel.
It will boot only with Celeron Tualatins, but if you try a Pentium III-S, it will POST, but it gives a message that the CPU is not supported and won't let you proceed.
The Intel BIOS is segmented into a bunch of files:
BIOS.REC
P21-0039.BI1
P21-0039.BI2
P21-0039.BI3
P21-0039.BI4
P21-0039.BI5
P21-0039.BIO
P21-0039.SIG
