hi guys, i stumbled onto this neat forum by strolling down google-lane and i have to say you guys are awesome!
lets get to the point: i would like you cracks to unlock said clevo bios, the thing is the UniversalBiosBackup just says "Cannot identify the BIOS", also there is no bios provided on the CLEVO pages. all i found was this "unofficial repository":

i allready succesfully flashed the bios-version 09 and ec-version 06 in hopes of maybe solving my main problem - according to speccy and cpu-z my system should support 4gb of ddr2 but in windows i only get 3gb - i am running win 7 x64 pro - anyway please unlock the bios so i may resolve this issue or can just satisfy my curiosity concerning the hidden options - if the problem won't get fixed i will continue strolling down the bios-mod-lane on google-highway
the rar contains the EC and the BIOS file - it is a phoenix, though the file-extension is just ".09" & ".06"
- i also added the re-named versions in the second archive ".rom" instead of ".09" got some "unsupported module class"-errors while trying to open it with phoenix bios editor
so that is basicly my request, an answer would be very much appreciated! thank you guys in advance!
if you need more info, just tell me what and i will provide it if i am able
PS: allow me one unrelated question. what can it mean if my hp probook 4540s reboots into a BSOD telleing me that my bios is in parts not ACPI compliant, reflashing said bios did not help, changing the version didn't either. in 1 out of 6 times i am able to boot into windows but then i can not run anything - if i try the notebook just freezes - all i can do is to copy files ... it happend after i had to cold-reset 2 times in a row because WoT hung intself - the google-highway led me nowhere specific, maybe you people can give me hint or two while you are at it
