Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Any suggestions how I can flash the bios? It's really frustrating having a modded bios but not being able to flash it.

I executed it as Admin.

No it is a Intel i5-3317u x64.

Could be Windows 8.1 the Problem?
