Hi all,

I bought a ssd and a caddy adapter for laptop E1-572G. The ssd was not recognized from the bios and I setted a legacy bios mode. After this setting it works properly. The main problem is the hard disk inside the caddy. The bios can't see anything and also Windows can't see it.

the question: is the caddy (broken) or bios?

I installed last original bios version 2.17 but I don't see advanced options or other settings to set up a caddy adapter.

Any suggestions?

Thanks all for respond.
