I have a notebook sony VPCSA35GB, to install a hd SSD needed change bios to activate the ahci. But I can not run hd SATA 3, even noting that the chipset of my notebook support SATA 3. Is it possible to activate the SATA 3 through any change in the bios?
Why my chipset supports SATA 3 and I can not use a hd SATA 3, and is limited to SATA 2?

The chipset is Intel HM67 Express Chipset and the hd is a samsung 840 evo.
I thank you for all the attention.

No I cannot modify for Sata 3 !
I can unlock Advanced Menu Tab, or make More Options only !

I understand. But why does the chipset of my pc says he supports the SATA 3 and apparently is not enabled , this is possible ?
Yes You're right but Bios has not for "SATA 3" his Modules have support only
for "SATA 2" !
So only way to add SATA 3 is to get Modules working for SATA 3 from a twin
Bios and replacing into this one !
Have looked some Sony Vaio same series VPC with SATA 3 actived ?
Let me know
