hello, i have this old olidata notebook with mb u50si1, chipset is sis 672m, the cpu now is a 2ghz celeron 550. I tried to mount a Pentium dual core t4200 which should work but the pc doesn't post. The bios is phoenix 1.12. Do you know of any modded bios ? I will be able to extract it a little later as I am installing W10 at the moment. I will attach the file.
Try this version of BIOS from Hasee notebook. It has microcode for CPUID=01067A, version a07, 04/09/2009.

Hi,
sorry for reviving old thread but I want to talk about this same BIOS.

I have some questions:

1) The link is not working. Is there another link?

2) Is the best BIOS available today for this notebook or is there a better match?

3) Is there any drawback about using this BIOS compared to the original one?

Info about the notebook:

Notebook model on the label: Olidata U50SI1
Notebook model detected by AIDA: Olidata T7600

Other info detected:
- North Bridge SiS 672(FX)
- South Bridge SiS 968
- Video adapter SiS 351 Mirage 3 Integrated
- SiS 180 SATA Control Chip

Thanks in advance for the reply.
