You are trying to extrcat Bios form an exe ?
You have to run that exe then It will be write into a HD C:\ folder
(do not execute installation) just extract from exe file into
C:\DRIVERS\FLASH\8quj12us\
Then get this file $0A8R000.FL1 from 8RET54WW folder and open It
by PMT 264 :

When I extract the exe files, I only see few files. See attached image. Maybe I am doing something wrong.

Anyway, after I downloaded the modded bios , I ran FLASH.BAT as admin. Cmd prompt opened and closed quickly. I changed the wifi card and saw the error Invalid network card detected. May be I am doing something wrong. Please advise.
No mate You have to open a Command Prompt with Admin Rights and get
a CLI window C:\ with cursor blinking then run FLASH.BAT !
How to open a Command Prompt from Folder with FLASH.BAT file . . .
open the folder like normal and make pointer on empty place then press
left shift key and right mouse click so It will be open a window ro choice
commands then get "open command prompt from here" and left click to
choice It !
Now You can execute the command into right way !
Let me know

Thanks for the detailed explanation. I ran PMT tool and got Pubkey(x1).

Now to mod the bios should I copy your folder into c:\DRIVERS\FLASH\8quj12us folder and run FLASH.bat as ADMIN (from cmd).
Then continue with the install from exe, which was paused for extracting the files before.

Is that right?

Thanks for your help.
