It seems your laptop not supporting AHCI-mode.Only IDE and compatible AHCI(IDE-AHCI) are available.May be the vendor has missed AHCI option so i can try to add it.
Besides, tell me what are tabs shown in your BIOS menu?
AHCI option is available in IDE configuration menu at hidden tab Advanced.
Your BIOS is RSA signed so i can see some garbage into it.
Run this Tool as Admin and upload output file

Note. This tool make a dump (save bios image) with current settings.It is better that you flashed unlocked BIOS before saving.

It says is a modded bios to install a different wireless card, should i flash it anyway?

Never mind, I flashed it and works smoothly as oil. the defaul sata setting is currently "ide to ahci" does it means it changes its mode according to installed hardware?

P.s. i'm going to google every new term i got in my new BIOS lol

Hi I own a dv6 6126sl with 16 gb of Ram and Bios f.21, in this period I bought a Sata SSD from Adata it is possible to have a modded bios based on the f.21 version e.g. the SP54724 in which the AHCI / function Sata Settings works, does the crossfire with the integrated APU function works and also the wireless and bluetooh card works?
