Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Updated the BIOS on my MSI Cubi. But the ME(Intel Management) went from versionnumber 10.0.30.1072 to N/A in the updated BIOS. And this gives me problems in W10, long boottimes and error in devicemanager. All was ok with the default BIOS(1.20), but that one is not listed at MSI site  

MSI uses these commands when updating the BIOS: afudos EB096IMS.850 /p /b /n /r /x /shutdown

Here on "BIOS-mods" I find these commands: afudos bios.rom /P /B /N /C /E /K /Q /REBOOT

Will that make a difference with the flashing?

I have also tested with MSI Forum HQ USB flashing tool

I prepared a Bios Mod v.1.20 using the Bios Dump You gave :

Try to flash using AFUDos v.2.37 or 2.38 (prepare an USB Stick Dos Bootable
so use RUFUS and copy all files into, then Disable Secure Boot and Set Bios Legacy
USB and Boot form USB)
When You stay into DOS CLI C:\ then execute command FLASH.BAT

P.S. I suggest to make a Bios Dump of your Bios before doing something and
to use that tool tp get a result file too . . .
