Download SYMCMOS and run in DOS:
SYMCMOS –v2 –lOLD.TXT
Post file old.txt

-V3               No CMOS update and verbose logging
do it again with X5355 and enabled options.
Do not change anything except TM2 & NX bit!
Board wont start with X5355 w/o clearing CMOS. I redid dumps with algo: 1 - clear CMOS 2 - setup VIRT/TM/NX 3 - symcmos 4 - change CPU 5 - symcmos

Here results:
X5355 http://klikr.org/6aac409fd3e8d20876d9fefa1f84.txt
X5460 http://klikr.org/058695888ae5bde075ae05cf3193.txt

Sorry for delays, memory test takes forever.
Save symcmos dump for X5355 with name NEW.TXT. Then boot with X5460 run in DOS:
SYMCMOS –v2 –uNEW.TXT
Then press Ctrl+Alt+Del and do not enter in BIOS. Verify NX bit support in Windows by Securable.
Yes, with settings from X5355 NX bit is working: http://klikr.org/4d57e334901469b0a04e180173be.jpg
Can you check TM2 ?
Have no idea how.
Download Coreinfo, run it command line and post results.
Here TM/TM2 are marked as supported http://klikr.org/8c36a87b599b063437391a83e30f.txt
