Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Howdy, folks
Would some kind soul get me a slic mod for the following mobo:
Msi H97M ECO

Ami bios v. Q7 (latest) here:

(also attached for good measure)

RW acpi dump attached (had to add .txt extension for it to upload)
